Nexans (Shandong) Cables PVC Cables are PVC coated, stranded plain annealed copper wires available in both single core and Multicore with an Earth cable. They comply to AS/ NZS 5000.1 for cables used for voltages up to 0.6/1 kV or AS/ NZS 5000.2 or cables used for voltages up to to 550/750 V.
PVC Cables are suitable for interior applications in residential and commercial use, such as control, power, lighting circuits, monitoring circuits and protection lines and other occasions fixed laying use.
The conductor is made from copper, and when insulated with V-90 or X-90 material, has a maximum operating temperature of 90 °C. The insulated wire cores are twisted together for easier cable laying and to save space. Filling materials improve structural stability and give the cable a round profile and the sheath safeguards the insulation layer against physical damage and environmental factors.
